7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed and binding once a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed to the Player in their Account transaction history. Bets not appearing in the transaction history have not been accepted and carry no legal obligation on either party.

7.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event of an obvious pricing or settlement error — including typographical errors, miscalculated odds, or incorrect game results displayed due to a technical fault — bet93 reserves the right to void and cancel any affected bets and settle them at the correct terms where determinable. bet93 is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on erroneous information.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet93 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one bet93 Account.

13.2 Upon Closure for Breach. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bet93 may forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including Real Money Funds, where such balance is found to be derived from or contaminated by prohibited conduct (including bonus abuse or fraudulent deposits).

13.3 Closure by Player. Players may close their bet93 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal minimums.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet93 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally with the bet93 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
